You can now configure coupon expiry based on a custom number of days from the date of coupon creation for offers linked to loyalty.

  • This setting allows you to define dynamic validity periods for each customer based on when the coupon was issued.

  • Example: Set the coupon to expire 7 days after issuance, rather than relying on a static date.

Weโ€™ve introduced a new enhancement that offers greater flexibility in managing the validity of live offers.

You can now modify the expiry date for currently active offers directly from the offer edit screen.

  • If the expiry is reduced, all associated coupons will be updated automatically to match the new offer expiry.

โœ… Coupon Expiry Update Options on Extension

When you extend an offerโ€™s expiry, a pop-up will appear with the following choices:

  • Update Existing Coupons: Selecting โ€˜Yesโ€™ will update the expiry date of all existing coupons to match the new offer expiry.

  • Keep Existing Coupons Unchanged: Selecting โ€˜Noโ€™ will only apply the new expiry date to newly generated coupons. Existing coupons will retain their original expiry dates.

  • Available for single redemption actions via the UI.

  • Added support for capturing store location and bill number when recording loyalty point earn or burn transactions.

  • Supported in both single actions via the UI and bulk uploads.

  • New optional fields (store, bill number) have been added to the updated CSV template, now available in the system.

  • All new fields are optional, allowing continued use of the utilities without disruption to existing workflows.

  • Applies only to tiers with expiry configured.

  • Supports both relative (e.g., 90 days from tier expiry) and periodic (e.g., every quarter) retention windows.

โฌ‡๏ธ Flexible Downgrade Options

  • Choose how customers downgrade when their retention period ends:

    • Downgrade to the previous tier

    • Re-evaluate using the joining rules (existing logic).

Weโ€™re excited to launch native Xeno Click Tracking to track user engagement in your Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS communications. You will get deeper insights to optimise your funnel, deeper and accurate revenue attribution and OOTB reporting metrics for campaigns and journeys. 

Whatโ€™s New?

  • Track Clicks Across Channels: Monitor link clicks in Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS.
  • Automatic Link Shortening: No more manually shortening of links - as Xeno will automatically shorten your links securely once click tracking is enabled
  • Key Metrics: View Click Count (unique clicks) and Click-Through Rate (CTR) in your dashboard.
  • UTM Support: Use your own UTM parameters and incase your forget, we will add our defaults e.g. utm_source=xeno and utm_medium={channel}
  • Intuitive UI: See trackable links and shortened URL previews in a clean interface.

 

 

How It Works

  • Add links to your campaign or journeys - via copy-paste, templates, or Email editor like you used to.
  • Xeno will shorten the links and end customers would get the link.
  • Customers click shortened links and Xeno tracks clicks and redirects them to the right destination.
  • You will be able to check the click metrics in your campaign/journey dashboards and relevant reports.

 

Note: For SMS DLT, pre-approved xenolink.in domain and header would be required for click tracking to work.

Weโ€™ve introduced a powerful enhancement to the coupon upload workflow for Unmapped Offers โ€” offers typically distributed through campaigns or journeys.
  
                     
 
Whatโ€™s New:
  • You can now upload coupon codes with customer information (e.g., mobile number or email) even for Unmapped offers.
  • Previously: Only coupon codes were uploaded, and the system dynamically assigned them to customers during distribution.
  • Now: You can predefine which coupon code goes to which customer at the time of upload, giving you full control over coupon distribution.
Why It Matters:
  • Enables more targeted and deterministic coupon distribution.
  • Reduces chances of duplicate issuance or mis-assignment.
  • Helpful for high-value or tightly controlled campaigns.
Supported Scenarios:
  • Uploading mapped coupons for journey/campaign-based distributions.
  • Offers with UNMAPPED customer mapping type.
Configuration Notes:
  • You have to ensure to switch on the pre-mapped flag or else even if customer information is provided in the file, it will be discarded.

Benefits:
  • Greater pricing flexibility across product-level promotions.

  • SKUs can be selected from AI along with its price point
  • Multiple SKUs can be selected for 1 price point
  • If the list is too big, please use upload file functionality. Refer to the sample file before proceeding with file upload.
