You can now configure coupon expiry based on a custom number of days from the date of coupon creation for offers linked to loyalty.
This setting allows you to define dynamic validity periods for each customer based on when the coupon was issued.
Example: Set the coupon to expire 7 days after issuance, rather than relying on a static date.
Supports rolling expiry windows for loyalty-driven offers.
Ensures consistent redemption timelines personalized to the customer's engagement.
Ideal for onboarding rewards, milestone benefits, and behavior-driven loyalty campaigns.
This enhancement gives you more control and precision over your loyalty offer lifecycle.

Weโve introduced a new enhancement that offers greater flexibility in managing the validity of live offers.
You can now modify the expiry date for currently active offers directly from the offer edit screen.
If the expiry is reduced, all associated coupons will be updated automatically to match the new offer expiry.
When you extend an offerโs expiry, a pop-up will appear with the following choices:
Update Existing Coupons: Selecting โYesโ will update the expiry date of all existing coupons to match the new offer expiry.
Keep Existing Coupons Unchanged: Selecting โNoโ will only apply the new expiry date to newly generated coupons. Existing coupons will retain their original expiry dates.
Simplified Error Correction
Easily fix incorrectly configured offer validity periods without needing backend intervention.
Increased Flexibility
Adjust offer expiry dates on the fly to accommodate brand needsโwhether shortening an offer duration or extending it to reach more customers.

These rules operate independently from tier joining rules, offering full control over lifecycle management.
